Our box office is open from 10am to 2pm daily, and 10am to 2pm
on Saturdays and of course on all show nights. An answering machine
service is also available when the box office is closed or very
busy, we will ring you back as soon as possible.
Booking Tickets
You can either book online, call in at the box office, or phone during opening
hours. A charge of £1 per transaction will be made for all
telephone bookings.

Payment
Can either be made by cash or credit card. An administration
charge of £1 per transaction will be made on visa cards. We can
only offer refunds if the performance
is cancelled. Cheques are no longer
acceptable as payment for tickets.
Tickets can be
reserved for all shows, but payment must be received within seven
days of the reservation, or the tickets may be sold.
Boxes
Seats in the boxes are available for an additional fee of £2
per seat above normal prices.
Gift Vouchers
Our gift Vouchers of £5, £10 and £20 have proven
very popular since we introduced them, so why not treat a friend
or relative to a voucher for that special occasion?
Theatre Tours
If you would like to organise a tour of the theatre, for yourself,
a party of friends or whatever, our Friends Coordinator will be
delighted to show you around.
